Welcome to the Marina!
As a new home-owner in San Marina, Marina da Gama, you are automatically a member of the San Marina Recreational Club.
The clubhouse has become a great space for our little village where kids and teens have the freedom to enjoy the amenities in a secure environment.
A small team of residents, diligently runs the recreational club and takes care of maintaining the facilities on a voluntary basis. They are committed to ensuring the space is neat, clean, and up to standard. Regular meetings are held with residents to discuss maintenance, issues pertaining to hall hire, and other elements related to the club.

Annual Membership Fees
In order to maintain our facilities, we rely on monthly fees paid by residents who have opted in to enjoy the use of the clubhouse.
The monthly fee for the Recreational Club for Members is only R60 per month, however, this may also be settled in advance on an annual basis at R660 per year.
Annual fees for the Recreational Club for homeowners from other areas of Marina da Gama is R1035 per year in advance. No monthly payment option is available.
The annual fees for the Recreational Club for Pensioners are R396 per year if you pay in advance or R36 per month for 12 months.
Proof via a pension card must be produced in order to receive the discount.

All paid-up members are welcome to join the LCT Whatsapp group where the weekly code is updated and members can book the tennis court.
Live Outside The Marina?
If you live outside the marina area and are not a member of the club, you may join for an annual fee of R1035.
